Description
Beautiful villa in the heart of the Natural Heritage Site from Unesco “Serra de Tramuntana”. The nearest town is Sóller, one of the most beautiful places in Mallorca, also Port de Sóller.
The villa has one double bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and a single bed. The bedroom has a ceiling fan. And on the ground floor, in the living room an extra sofa bed for 2 extra people. Fully equipped kitchen and a balcony to the amazing views of the Serra de Tramontana. You will be enjoying a 150 mts garden. Seat down and relax while reading a book or having a glass of wine in one of the terraces (50 mts terrace on the first floor and a 300 mts terrace on the ground floor).
Is undoubtedly a perfect place to enjoy a holiday in contact with nature, enjoy a world-renowned spot and away from the noisy city. You will also have the company of a typical Mallorcan animal: a donkey called "Rosa" who is adorable. Please note that to reach the accommodation, you have to go through a cobblestone road about 500 meters long, which may influence the choice of a rental car
Extra cost! Consider the use of heating in winter will have an additional cost of 7,00€ for bag of pellets (each bag has an autonomy of about 12 hours of heating). It must be paid in advance at the time of check-in. If you don't use the whole bags, we will refund you the difference.
The Sóller area is known for its idyllic landscapes and described by the Archiduke Lluís Salvador in the late nineteenth century as a paradise . Recently named Natural Heritage from UNESCO, the Serra de Tramuntana home to natural treasures such as Sa Calobra , Monastery of Lluc , typical Mallorcan villages such as Fornalutx, Soller, Biniaraitx, etc. The town of Sóller is close to supermarkets , restaurants and quiet walks . You will find a sandy beach at Port de Sóller (3 km away)
Please note that a car is absolutely necessary when booking this property. Access to the house is via a road, with no option for public transport.
Rules:
- It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized.
-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.
-You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when they are not inside the villa
-The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.
-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.
Booking Conditions:
- Visitors must pay a deposit of 300 Euros before arrival , it will be returned after departure.
- Tourist Tax: €2,2/adult/night to be paid on arrival in cash.
-Please note that late check ins:
from 21:00 onwards, there is a charge of 50€ to be paid upon arrival

The Finca is beautiful, peaceful and located right in the mountains. Prior to arriving Eric was very attentive and communicated with us well, the lovely Toni came to meet us in Soller with the keys and show us exactly where the property was located asee more
The Finca is beautiful, peaceful and located right in the mountains. Prior to arriving Eric was very attentive and communicated with us well, the lovely Toni came to meet us in Soller with the keys and show us exactly where the property was located and how everything in the Finca worked . The decor is really sympathetic to the style of building and finished to a high standard with some really lovely pieces of antique and modern furniture. The property was spotless on arrival. There are a number of terraces to sit at different times of the day and a patio to enjoy the sunset. I was concerned about having no coverage on my phone but providing I was in the right place round the property it wasn't a problem. The area is very peaceful with mostly only mountain goats, sheep and a few very friendly donkeys nearby. I don't think the photographs do this place justice it is prettier than that in real life! Port de Soller is a 3 mile drivean hour's walk away and Soller is nearby too.

The downside of this property is that it is located high up in the mountains and the roads to it are definitely not for the faint hearted!

The villa was lovely, very quiet with views of the mountains that were breathtaking. We had a choice of terraces to eat/watch the bat show each dusk and were visited by a variety of animals, we also were close to a Rosa the donkey. It was all in all see more

There was nothing we didn't like apart from a slight difficulty with taxis if we wanted to travel to and from port de soller (beach) due to the location of the villa - the villa doesn't have a pool. We were happy to stay around the villa much of the see more

My wife, son and I stayed at Villa es Coco Soller for a week in July. Nice house and amazing location. The house is about 15 min drive on narrow roads from Port de soller. It is private, yet not remote. Excellent for small families and for those who see more

Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer, den Torre Picada von Porte de Soller und herrliche Sonnenuntergänge. Man kann auf Wanderwegen (Cami de Sa Figuera) direkt vom Haus nach Fornalutz und Porte de Soller wandern, ohne das Auto nehmen zu müssen.
Die Anfahrt führt über eine teils enge, sandige Straße, ein möglichst kleiner Mietwagen ist unbedingt erforderlich. |

Very pretty and secluded stay in the mountains. Place was clean, host helped us get to the place on the first day, which was very nice of him. for our neighbors we had a cute kitty cat and some goats, amazing :))))) However there are few small thingssee more

Place was clean, host helped us get to the place on the first day, which was very nice of him. for our neighbors we had a cute kitty cat and some goats, amazing :))))) However there are few small things that we wish we had there- wi- fi, basic necessities such as salt and pepper, soap, detergent etc Also please beware, it is a 20 minute drive up the mountain road - the road was skinny and turned unpaved at some point. We had the house booked for 3 nights, but because of driving condition only stayed there 2. Overall very nice stay if you are prepared for the things i have mentioned above :)
