Villa Boira by PriorityVillas (ETV/11239) is a charming property located in the quiet Cala Figuera, in Santanyí, in the southeast of Mallorca. With a built area of 70 m² and situated on a plot of 500 m², this villa offers ample space to enjoy the Mediterranean sun, with a private pool and a barbecue, ideal for moments of relaxation and outdoor fun. Decorated with warm and cozy tones, it can accommodate up to 8 people, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.
Inside, the house has 3 spacious bedrooms: two with double beds of 170x200 cm and one with 2 bunk beds, which would be like 4 individual beds of 90x200 cm. Additionally, it has 3 full bathrooms, two inside and one outside, next to the barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, and satellite TV. The property is located just 2 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the spectacular S'Amarador beach.
The space includes a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, a furnished terrace with loungers around the pool (7 x 3 meters and 140 cm deep), and a solarium on the top of the house, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying the starry sky at night. Additionally, next to the pool, there is a barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals.
Additional room: There is a private room, located in front of the pool, which is normally closed. However, it can be offered upon request with an additional supplement. This room has a double bed and is charged extra for its use.
Services and common areas: The villa also has 6 bicycles so that guests can explore the area and enjoy the natural surroundings.

- Maintain order and cleanliness at all times.
- You must take responsibility for the garbage generated during your stay. Please separate the trash in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.
- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.
- It is not allowed to celebrate parties or events in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
