Fantastic newly renovated house with private pool and garden very close to Palma de Mallorca and with access to direct road to the Sierra de Tramuntana with capacity for up to 6 people. Ideal for families and / or cyclists
The main house has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds), two bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen.
In the outside area of the house you can relax by the pool and admire the beautiful views of the mountains and the garden surrounded by fruit trees. The pool, terrace, garden, parking, a bathroom are located right in front of the house. It is a very quiet area so you can enjoy your stay in a fantastic place with all the peace and quiet.
Pool towels not included.
This beautiful finca is located in Establiments just 5 km from the city and Palma de Mallorca, just by taking a bus (stop 50 meters from the house) reach the city in about 10-15 minutes. In fact belongs to the municipal term of Palma, but it is a very quiet area next to the Sierra de Tramuntana. In Establiments you will find shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

** The rules in this property are very strict: parties prohibited and beware of noise, since it is a residential area, if these rules are not met, the entire deposit will be penalized. Tourist tax (€2/adult/day) and Cleaning Fee (€150) to be paid on arrival. This property is recommended for families or groups that want peace of mind, for groups under 30 years of age an extra deposit of €500 will be required, in addition to the €500 normally required.
Rules:
- It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized.
-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.
-You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when they are not inside the villa
-The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.
-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.
Reservation Conditions:
- Visitors must pay a deposit before arrival, of 500.00 Euros, which will be returned after departure.
- Tourist Tax: €2.2/adult/night to be paid upon arrival in cash.
- Please note that check-in has an extra cost from 9:00 p.m. onwards, €50 to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Italian restaurant across the street is good and open late.

Beautiful villa - just like the photos. We had a great time. However, there are a few cons. I did find for what we paid there could have been a few more extras- more toilet rolls (there was only 2!) A couple of bottles of water for arrival when it’s 35 degrees. Also a guest handbook explaining a few details about the area, a taxi number, where to put the rubbish etc. And some hand soap! I do feel that these are very basic but essential amenities. Also, there is quite a lot of noise from the main road, and the Barking from the dogs next door. But still lots of pros- we had a great time and would return. The pool and villa is stunning and spotlessly clean. Local area is great, lovely pizzeria across the road. Bar and bakery next door. Easy to get a bus to palma , takes 15 mins and is 2 eurosonly 15 euros in a taxi. 20 mins from airport. Toni is lovely and responds quickly to messages. Just needs a few tweaks to make perfect as it’s not a cheap place to stay! Hope this helps

A true jewel near Palma. The beauty of this property is second to none - with a well-kept garden that was a delight to relax in, and a pristine swimming pool that offered refreshing swims. The house itself was immaculately clean and offered the ultimate in comfort with memory foam mattresses and pillows. Every detail in this beautiful house seemed designed to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Location-wise, this villa could not be better. Situated within a short drive from Palma centre, it was incredibly convenient while still offering a serene escape. Even more, a big Carrefour was nearby for all our grocery needs. Across the road, there's a local gem serving great pizza, perfect for those evenings when you want to stay close to home. Érick, our host, was beyond outstanding - his communication and help were unparalleled. He truly enhanced our stay, making us feel right at home. A stay at this Airbnb is highly recommended for anyone seeking a blissful Palma experience!

This was an incredible experience for us. We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy the quiet and sunshine by the pool. The place was very very clean and the hosts met us in person to give us keys and give us some nice restaurant s to go to, that wesee more

The place was very very clean and the hosts met us in person to give us keys and give us some nice restaurant s to go to, that were both amazing. Definitely recommend getting a car as it is so much easier to get around. Overall would love to come here again. The only thing is that they do not provide any soap for hand washing for anything for the laundry detergent.

Great stay for two families with small children. The pool is great, and the backyard in connection with the kitchen is great for evening meals. It was very easy to get to Palma with the bus, which stopped right outside the gate.

The villa was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The decor was lovely. The pool was perfect to cool off on a hot day and there's and excellent number and variety of chairs/sunloungers outside. The no. 16 bus stop is right outside and it'ssee more

The no. 16 bus stop is right outside and it's 2euros to go anywhere en route to Palma city centre. It's 17 mins to Palma,about 8 mins to the big Carrefour supermarket via the no.16 bus. There's a pizzeria just over the road which serves delicious huge pizzas, pastas and has the most fantastic views over the mountains.

We had a great time in this beautiful house. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t enjoy the gardenthe pool as much, so in summer it would be even more amazing to stay here. The house was even more beautiful in real life and decoratedsee more

As a group of 6 ladies travelling, this villa was perfect. It was decorated and maintained to a high standard and the location was incredibly peaceful. The garden and pool area are beautiful and we made use of the abundance of fresh oranges and lemsee more
As a group of 6 ladies travelling, this villa was perfect. It was decorated and maintained to a high standard and the location was incredibly peaceful. The garden and pool area are beautiful and we made use of the abundance of fresh oranges and lemons growing in the garden. The living spaces are large and airy. We did not have a car but used the bus from the stop just a minute away which ran frequently and was very reliable. The journey takes around 25 minutes at a cost of 2 Euros. If you want authenticity, the small bar and bakery next door are real gems, as is the Italian restaurant opposite. The only watch out is that if you are getting a taxi you must ask for the address in Establiment as our driver took us to a different town with the same road name around 15 minutes further away.
We couldn't fault this property and can't wait to go back. |
