Description
Villa Cas Cosinet is an old 17th century winery restored and converted into a beautiful 400 m2 property that has a spacious layout with 5 bedrooms, a swimming pool and an extensive 1000 m2 garden.
Layout of the 400 square meter house:
On the ground floor, we find an entrance hall that leads to a large living room connected to a dining room and with a separate kitchen. All these areas have direct access to the garden, which allows you to enjoy the view of the pool and be in contact with nature. Also on the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds, another with a double bed, as well as a complete bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub.
On the lower floor, there is another bedroom with four single beds (ideal for children) and a complete bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, we find a lounge, a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, and another bedroom with two single beds. Additionally, there is another complete bathroom with a shower and bathtub, not en-suite. The upper floor also has a large room connected to the room below and with access to a terrace.
The comfort of a fresh home is very important for an ideal holiday. Therefore, provided we will detail how the cooling appliances are distributed in the house: two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, Two have foot fans and one has a ceiling fan. In addition, there is air conditioning in the following areas of the house: the entrance, the dining room, one of the living rooms and the kitchen.
The garden of the property is very spacious and is divided into four distinct areas. In the area of access to the house, we find an area under a large vine that provides shade and freshness, and an outdoor table area ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. In the pool area, there are sun loungers on both sides for sunbathing and relaxing. There is also a barbecue area and a porch with sofas and a dining table, perfect for enjoying an outdoor dinner or just relaxing and enjoying the garden. Additionally, a complete bathroom with a shower is located in the garden, which facilitates the comfort of guests. In summary, the Villa Cas Cosinet with pool and garden in Consell offers a unique experience of comfort and relaxation for its guests.

The municipality of Consell and the surrounding towns are part of a region with a great wine history, where numerous wineries with different denominations are located. There are several tours to visit the wineries. Among the wineries in the area, the Bodegas Ribas, located in the heart of Consell, and considered one of the oldest on the island of Mallorca, dating back to the 18th century, stand out. The winery offers guided tours and wine tastings, allowing visitors to learn about the history of the winery and the winemaking process while enjoying some delicious local wines.
Explore the weekly market: Every Thursday morning, the weekly market takes place in the main square of Consell, offering a variety of local products such as fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses, olives, and handmade crafts. This is a great opportunity to experience local culture and taste some of the delicious local products.
Hiking in the Tramuntana Mountains: Consell is located at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, which offer some beautiful hiking routes with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. A popular hiking route is the Puig de Consell, which takes you to the top of the highest peak in Consell and offers impressive views of the surrounding area.
The island of Mallorca and this region in particular, is also known for its beautiful and extensive cycling routes. The town of Consell is connected to several cycle paths that allow different routes to be taken, both in the mountains and on the road. What makes this villa ideal for groups of cyclists.
Baby cots and high chairs are available (upon request).

The 12 of us had a fantastic stay! The house itself is beautiful (and creepy) with amazing paintings and antiques to look at! The bathrooms were all beautiful and there were so many seating areas. Our favourite part was the outdoor and pool area, andsee more
The 12 of us had a fantastic stay! The house itself is beautiful (and creepy) with amazing paintings and antiques to look at! The bathrooms were all beautiful and there were so many seating areas. Our favourite part was the outdoor and pool area, and we made good use of the massive barbecue. You could stroll to local shops, restaurants and bars easily and about a 20 minute walk to get to the train station. Overall it was a fantastic stay and I hope to be back! Thank you

mop for bathroom, the bath shower drenched the floor so we had to use towels to soak it all up.

The villa is even more charming than the pictures. Very authentic! The location is very central in the island so it’s easy to have access to each sides of the island with a car. The agency and the host are very friendly and reactive. They always helsee more

The house is situated in a small village - walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. It is located very peacefully - close to a wineyard. The house is very authentic - with beautiful furniture and decoration. It is very spacious - with room and beds to everybody. It also has a nice pool/barbecue area/house where we relaxed and ate dinner in the evening. The house is authentic and kept in traditional style. It has though big and renovated bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and our host was very serviceminded both during our stay and after. Really recommendable.

We had a fantastic stay for my birthday with Pau. The location was perfect with easy access to different parts of the island with driving. The house itself looks better than picture! We were greeted by the host and he was kind enough to give us a whosee more
We had a fantastic stay for my birthday with Pau. The location was perfect with easy access to different parts of the island with driving. The house itself looks better than picture! We were greeted by the host and he was kind enough to give us a whole tour of the house and the history so we immediately felt very welcomed. The house felt very spacious and definitely suitable for big groupsfamily. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone and looking forward to coming back soon.

Pau, qui nous a accueilli, fut aimable, sympathique, aidant et compréhensif ! Je recommande a 100% pour une expérience unique loin de la folie de Palma mais à seulement 5minutes en voitures des transports en commun. Mes amis et moi (9personnes) avons passé un séjour inoubliable. Merci Pau !

L’accueil est impeccable, nous sommes arrivés tard et ils ont su nous accueillir avec grande gentillesse, prendre le temps de tout nous expliquer et nous conseiller. Vraiment parfait! La jardin est tres agréable avec son pool house. s’il fallait mettre une remarque d’amélioration, je dirai qu’il n’est pas facile d’avoir de l’eau chaude dans la douche du Rez de chaussée. Mais le nombres de salle de bains nous ont permis de nous adapter sans souci. Très beau lieu que je recommande vivement et à 20min de la vieille ville de Palma.

Eneste utfordringen var alarmen. Den ville ikke på, og vi fikk ikke aktivert den. Veldig mange vinduer og dører som måtte være lukket.

La casa contaba con un jardín muy grande con piscina y con barbacoa que pudimos utilizar sin problema. Sin duda muy recomendable.
