Don't miss the opportunity to stay in this beautiful house recently refurbished on one floor and located 50 m from the beach of Calafell!
This accommodation consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them being a suite with its own private bathroom. The kitchen, open plan and fully equipped, also has a dining area. The main feature of the living room is its great luminosity, as it is surrounded by large windows that allow light to enter during all hours of the day, making it an ideal space for relaxation.
Both at the front and back of the house there are two covered porches to enjoy outdoor meals. At the front of the house there is also a swimming pool and barbecue.
This accommodation has air conditioning in all the rooms.
And of course, both the beach and different shops are only 50 metres away from the house, which makes its privileged location even better.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.
1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h and Check-ins that end after 21:00h will have a supplement of €50.

The house is very spacious and the garden all around the house, has enough room for 6 people. Modern house, that is very close to the beach. Supermarkets are nearby. The town it self, is about a 30 minut walk. The port is about a 10 minute walk and tsee more
