This cosy and modern apartment with a terrace for 4 people, ideal for families, is located on the ground floor and has 2 bedrooms. (Tourism registration number HUTT-062668-09)
The La Pineda apartment has the most sought-after features for a perfect holiday, especially the communal pool (right in front of the flat), which will make hot days a delight, and the proximity to the sea, as the apartment is on the second line from the sea.
The accommodation has all the amenities:
Multimedia: internet access (wifi), television.
Heating and air conditioning.
Access: free outdoor parking in a nearby building, lift.
Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and juicer.
Pool: unheated pool, open all year round. It has towels, sun loungers and parasols.
The location of the apartment allows for a lot of mobility even for those without a car.

Nature lovers will enjoy hiking in the Montsant mountains and stopping by the vineyards of the Scala Dei Carthusian monastery, or in the Ebro Delta Natural Park.
Don't hesitate to stop in Siurana or Montblanc, some of the most beautiful villages in Catalonia.

- All types of events and parties are strictly prohibited without the consent of the property.
- We ask that you close the terrace gate in your absence, to prevent theft.

La verdad que la ubicación es genial, cerca hay 3 supermercados. Es una zona muy tranquila, sobre todo hay familias con niños. Si volvemos a La Pineda seguro que repetimos.
