• Welcome Host and customer Service 24h. Once you book a property, you will receive an email with the contact details of either the owner or the Welcome Host. Communication is essential in order to guarantee you a good holiday experience. If you have any problems or questions during your stay, we are always available for your tranquility.
• Clean Towels and Bed linen always included. Professional cleaning service is an essential element of our quality control, that is an extremely important point for your safety and comfort. You will also find all the equipment you may need in the kitchen and bathroom (some properties may not include higiene items like shampoo, etc).
• Quality Control. We check and visit all the properties in person before publishing them, since we have got direct contract with the owners. This is a website managed directly by our agents. We constantly check if a property still meets our quality standards of decoration, location and services.
• Professional service based in Palma powered by our contracting agency Villa Consulting, through which we represent the owners. We have a local headquarter located in Palma de Mallorca.
